Watch them try to blame the gun again.

Truth in sentencing is long over due. Life w/out parole should mean just that.

The Left-Wing are holding their heads up proudly today...

yep! Do you remember how the Left declared that "the Bush brothers" where using poor little Lionel to "send a message" to the Black community?

IIRC He was killed in the shootout only in the sense that when they had him surrounded he killed himself.

Same end result, no great loss.

The lie is usually the first weapon used (in the criminal's arsenal of weapons)against his victims.

Anti-life, anti-freedom Tate and his enablers are perfect examples.

Not a year later, Johnson was killed in a shootout with police after robbing a bank..

Well, at least that story had a happy ending!

Too bad pizza delivery guys are prohibited from packing heat. :)

And undoubtedly an honor student. Aren't they all once they get in trouble?

Why hasn't the MSM published the 8th grade grad picture (with requisite mortarboard )of this poor misguided youth?
That seems to be the standard, first, psy-ops move to humanize these sociopaths.

They released him from prison for murder because he was "too young." I wonder what the authorities' excuse would have been if Tate had committed still another murder? Sociopaths are incurable. They need to be locked away for good or executed for our safety. Those who fail to heed the lessons of the past are condemned to repeat it.

Sociopaths have a superficial charm that makes them seem likeable. That's how they manage to fool good people. At the core, they're utterly evil, without that one redeeming human quality that blesses the rest of us - a conscience.

The Left-Wing are holding their heads up proudly today.

This is what you get with 40 years of liberalism..

The more I see stories like this, the more I am convinced that the goal of the Left is to take America down as Al Qaeda wants to do.

Domino's pizzas from a Pembroke Park apartment Monday, and when the delivery man arrived, Tate "greeted him with a gun,"

He was only imitating a palates video.

If anyone here is from Maryland, they probably compare this case to Terrence Johnson. Young mr Johnson was caught stealing change from a laundromat in '78. He was 15. While in police custody, he was able to get an officers gun and kill two of them. Justice was swift in PG county and the young Johnson was sent to the "Cut" for 25 years. Well throughout the years, all of the abovementined petioners petioned various courts to release the remorseful Johnson, and in the early nineties, MD did just that. Not a year later, Johnson was killed in a shootout with police after robbing a bank..

***

I don't know that story, but I sorta remember one about a guy who wrote a best seller while in prison. Think the name was something like In the Belly of the Beast. All these celebs made a lot of noise to get him let out of jail. I don't think he was on the street 24 hours before I killed someone.

Wish I could remember the guy's name. It was years ago.

"High-profile attorneys and grassroots community groups took up the boy's cause, appealing to the governor, the pope and the United Nations."

Morons. I'd like to see a list of the "grassroots community groups"... (ACLU chapter XXI, no doubt)

"Stupid criminal" alert.

Depends.

I had to follow an AP story to FoxNews, but it said "no gun was recovered." So the situation for Lionel is, if he gets out
on bail, he goes to the twelve year old and points to the newspaper clipping of him killing the six year old....and there is no one to corroborate the
deliveryman.

It pains me, but that's the way the liberal idiots want it.

I guess we can be thankful he didn't shoot the pizza guy....

I don't know how I feel about really young persons being sent to prison for life, but at the very least he should have been in youth custody til 21 or so.....

I wonder what excuses the liberal establishment will use now....

oh, I know......." you have to feel sorry for him beause afterall ,killing that little girl was so TRAUMATIC to him..."

I blame mommy for young Tate thinking he can get whatever he wants whenever he wants, and knows that mommy will protect him....

is this "protect your son at all cost" attitude only in the black community, or is it in all of society...

personally, if my son did something terrible, and I knew about it, I would turn him instantly.....
