Bingo.
This is akin to giving Hillary the keys to the White House.
She's IN. This "compromise" will cause the conservatives to stay home IN DROVES in '08.
Get used to PRESIDENT HILLARY RODHAM CLINTON.
It's gonna happen. McCain and the other traitors just iced the deal with this "compromise".

Most evangelicals will stay home in 2006 because of this. The democrats will gain the majority. I'd change "most" to "many," but otherwise, I suspect this is what will happen. Especially if the Supreme Court fight is now effectively over.

I've already sent my e-mail to McCain calling him the prostitute that he is.
Everyone:
(1) E-mail the friendly media and show your disgust. I've e-mailed Rush and FOX so far. Let your indignation show
(2) DO NOT WATCH "Faith of our Fathers" and let the network know you are not watching it.

All but Lindsey Graham are essentially in safe seats.

I hereby rescind the right of John Warner to represent himself as my Senator. This is a lifetime ban, irrevocable.

Congratulations!
Your side won.

I agree with planning now. But who will put out the information on who is going to run against these turn coats so that we can donate to the primaries.

Get Graham in the primary. I have written the SC Republican party to express my desire to donate to anyone who will defeat Graham in the primary.

Some people are more interested in being treated like a (Liberal) hero on Chris Matthews awful show than they are in doing the right thing.

***One official, speaking on condition of anonymity, said the issue had been discussed at the meeting in McCain's office, and was "clearly understood" by those in attendance.....***
The problem with anonymity is the lack of accountability
The pandering to Robert Byrd by Warner and the others as shown on the news of this awsome cave in, was in my mind, showing the American people what closed minds this senate has. If McCain wants the glory for this let the headlines read:
MCCAIN SNATCHES DEFEAT FROM THE JAWS OF VICTORY!Is McCain the new majority leader? It appears he just hi-jacked the senate...like his past history, John McCain goes to the other side if he can be on top.

I'm with you - I'm all done. The Republicans won't get a single dollar from me again. GOP Senate, GOP House, GOP President - all have failed to use the power that we saw fit to give them. Too interested in playing nice-nice PC mock-fights, rather than standing up and DOING SOMETHING that their constituents wanted them to do.
Republicans/Democrats - Same S#!t, different piles.

I am with you Qwinn - lots of work ahead to dump these Rino's. The Republican Party is anything but dead! Full steam ahead!

There are a few here who take on that heroic task and post analysis periodically.
We will have to call on them to give us all the input they've got as often as possible.

This letter was sent to all of the turncoats except for McPain whose brain was damaged during his captivity. We worked hard; we gave of our time, our money and talked to hundreds of people in our quest to get a Republican majority in the US Senate. It would seem that the sweat, time, and money that we gave was given to people who decided to tell us to kiss their ass and went to the side of the left-wing fascist anti-American democrats. We will never forget! All our work will no be to elect someone in your place. We would prefer a good American but if a left-wing fascist anti-American democrat is all we can give our money to then so be it. WE WON THE ELECTION. It is evident that you do not believe that we won or you never wanted us to win, and have gone over to the dark side: You are now sitting with people who HATE America, who HATE our military, and HATE The Constitution. I will make no more donations to any organizations that support your for reelection. All donations will go toward your defeat in the next election. Thank you for taking our support, our hopes, our belief in the Constitution and throwing it to the dogs, JUST SO YOU CAN GET A GOOD WRITE UP IN THE New York Times and the Washington Post.

I am hoping maybe George Allen can change that course of action as the point man on GOP Senate elections George Allen is no longer NRSC Chairman, as he is up for reelection in 2006. Elizabeth Dole's the new gal in that post.

The RINOcrat party. Aren't all of you true blue republicans proud of them now? That is why I walked away from the RINOcrat (formerly republican party). THEY are no better than the socialist democrats. RINOcrats.

The Maine GOP apparatus is not interested in conservatives. Ya think? The McKernan-Snowe cabal not interested in conservatives? There ARE some conservatives in Maine but it's probably necessary to take it from the county level up. County orgs are small enough that you and a dozen amigos can tip the balance in your local institution. But then you need that in all .... what is it, 16 counties? That doesn't seem like very many. York Sagadahoc Cumberland TheCounty Knox Lincoln Waldo Franklin Hancock Piscataquis Oxford Washington oh hell I don't remember them all.
