Actually, goat meat is tougher than chicken and it takes a long time to cook. It tastes nothing like chicken.

Like venison???
I can count on one hand how many times I've had goat meat. I've never had a cut that tastes like venison.
I guess I'm really missing out.
My supermarkets don't even carry goat.
