Remember the gnashing and wailing when Bolton was "lost" for a few weeks due to Voinovich? And now he will likely be confirmed. The country is solidly Republican and becoming more so. No need to paint everything as a big loss when it doesn't go exactly to plan.

I just don't get it! The Supreme Court has been making law, not interpreting it for decades. They find queer lifestyle acceptance, the destruction of the family, infanticide, rejection of the 10 commandments, etc in the Constitution as they see it.
