"I do not want troops of third countries American troops to be deployed in Georgia after our withdrawal. This would threaten our security and the Georgian partners understand it," Putin said commenting on the withdrawal of Russian bases from Georgia. Western conspirators once again wants to destroy Russia! Bloody capitalists :-)

Let's make a deal with Putin. No American troops in Georgia. Instead, let's put the American troops in Russia, near the North Korean and Chinese borders.

As a proud continuator of Soviet tradition Mr Putin would never allow to any American base in Russia. But it would be a quite interesting move.

Well, it ought to be a matter for the Georgians to decide, not for Putin.

But Putin has no problem supplying Iran and Venezula with arms that will be used against America.
We should lease the bases once the Russians leave.

I agree with the position, that it's up to the republic of Georgia to decide if they want foreign troops on their soil. After all, Georgia is a sovereign country. It tries to build democratic system, and they should have a right to invite the troops from established democracies if it makes them feel safe.

Yes, but I think that it is one of the Kremlins conditions, in another way they may start making even more problems with this withdrawal than today.

Yeah, this was also my first thought, that it would be nice if the Georgians could decide whether they want to have any foreign troops on their territory and from which country.

I think that most of Georgians would love to see American bases there. It would dramatically improve their security, they were invaded so many times by various empires.

Time for the bear to go into hibernation, and it can take that "little" man with it! I decided to buy Polish vodka in protest to Putin and have found it to be VERY good. Lets all give a big "welcome to the free world" to Georgia.
