I just finished reading this and had to get to FR to post it if it hadn't already been posted. Rush would have a field day with this!

Take this stupidity. Now add the fact that soon Americans will need passports to return from Mexico... while simultaneously Mexican citizens can simply walk across the border and get a job..... while the Feds turn a blind eye.
Truly, the people who pretend to run this country are idiots.

"Heres whats funny: Vermont bans billboards."
This is the irony of the whole thing.
I've driven many many miles through VT, and it is a pleasure to not see billboards.
I've also detoured across the border into NH to buy liquor at inexpensive prices in their state stores.
If ever there were two neighboring states that are apples and oranges, it's these two.

I'm also wondering how many accidents will be caused by people grabbing their maps while they're driving because they think they're lost when they see a Vermont billboard NOWHERE near Vermont.

It definitely cant be a Vermont country road, because it has new pavement, new paint and four-foot shoulders. No kidding...WORST roads in America, bar none. New Hampshire's are nothing to brag about, either.

The reason they had trouble finding billboards was because the one's they wanted were taken by the Hawaii State Police reminding drivers it is illegal to stop and picks roadside pineapples.
