GRAND JURY STEPS UP IN 'MIDGET-BASHING'

A grand jury made short order of a Brighton Beach man yesterday, indicting him for terrorizing his neighbors — a midget mother and daughter.

The Brooklyn Criminal Court indictment is still sealed, so it's unknown what charges Joseph Izzo, 40, will face.

He was busted last month on hate-crime charges for singing, "Hi-ho, hi-ho, it's off to work we go," and spewing racial epithets at 3-foot-8 Debra Shea and her 3-foot-6 daughter, Concelean Pegues.

One of my friend's uncles was a midget. Apparently he did face some harrassment, which is why he carried a revolver with him.

It's more sick than just what's reported in this article. Apparently the mom had been friends with the 5'8" Izzo for 30 years, and 3 weeks ago he went nuts for some unknown reason. He did actually spray paint a yellow line telling them to follow the yellow brick road. And because the daughter's father is black, he was using some really racial comments.
