Interesting sentence. It doesn't say she was actually sued by anyone who then lost on the merits, but manages to imply just that.

Sort of like you being arrested for whatever but the case dismissed because of lack of merit. Then you being asked on an employment form if you've ever been arrested. Not have you been convicted of any crime, just have you been arrested. What do you say?
