May 18, 2005--The fourth edition of the Rasmussen Reports Hillary Meter confirms that the former First Lady has successfully moderated her image since the beginning of 2005.
In January, 51% of Americans believed Senator Clinton was politically liberal. Today, that number has fallen to 45%, reflecting a six point swing to the right. Every survey conducted for the Hillary Meter in April and May have found a similar move to the right compared to January (see Hillary by the Numbers. Also, data summaries from two weeks ago, and a month ago).

Thirty-four percent (34%) of Americans view the former First Lady as a moderate while 7% believe she is politically conservative.
Collectively, todays Hillary Meter places Senator Clinton a net 55 points to the left of the nation's political center. Two weeks ago, she was 52 points left of center.
The political center is calculated by subtracting the number of liberals from the number of conservatives among the general public (35% conservative, 18% liberal for a net +17). For the Senator, 7% conservative minus 45% liberal equals a net minus 38. The minus 38 reading for Senator Clinton is 55 points away from the plus 17 reading for the general public.
Thirty percent (30%) of Americans say that they would definitely vote for Hillary if she runs in 2008. Thirty-seven percent (37%) would definitely vote against her. Two weeks ago, those numbers were 29% for and 36% against. Forty-two percent (42%) of Americans have a favorable opinion of New York's junior Senator while 40% have an unfavorable view.
The Hillary Meter is a twice monthly measure of Senator Hillary Clinton's effort to move to the political center. The next update is scheduled for Wednesday, June 1. For as long as the former First Lady is a viable candidate for the White House, Rasmussen Reports will monitor public perceptions of her political ideology.
Separate surveys have perceptions of the former First Lady in Virginia, Ohio, and Michigan.

America does NOT want the Clintonleone Mob back in the WH.

Well I am in self denial. I find the reality that nearly one out of every two voters in America are technically brain dead very scary.
Just a feeble attempt to get people to all jump on the bandwagon.
The Beast has more baggage than an luggage carousel and every stinking one of those bags will be opened and inspected before that POS gets a chance to run this Country.
I do really pray this will be the case.
