It's over. These guys are just trying to get their flowery speeches into the record for posterity, and so they can raise money from NARAL and PFAW once it's over. They are done.
If I recall..wasn't there a lot of talk that Abe had an..ahem ..problem with the ladies..like JFk..but back then..it wasn't the issue it is now..the press hushed it up..

The Dems are self-destructing. They offer NO solutions and NO plans and only complain. Believe me, even with the liberal MSM the "folks" see this and that's why Dems are continually losing supoort.

NARAL, PFAW, moveon.org etc. has told them precisely what to say. Every hideous, heinous, traitorous and treacherous thing they've said has been dictated by those leftist organizations. And let's include Terrayyzza's Tides' Foundation in that too.

My thoughts exactly.
I recall thinking 'all of this so black people can't attend college?' or some such. And yes, the southern Dems were the WORST. Although hey, as a young child it was my first exposure to the world of politics. Now THAT was a real filibuster.
