Specter was once a dem, till sometime in the 60s when he switched so he could win an election. Guess he didn't make the switch too well.

maybe I'min the minority but so far I like Spectre's presentation. It doesn't mean I agree with every point but he's making a solid case it'll be difficult to rebut. That politics has placed us in a dangerous situation where Courts are left unfilled and the SC may fall to a tie vote.

The vote on the individual judges won't be as close as people believe once this dumb bogus filibuster gets broken. Hitlery will probably vote FOR all of the judges except Pryor and possibly Saab, but against the filibuster.
