My dad passed away May 7, 2005, in a peaceful and easy way. I wanted to thank all of you for your prayers and well wishes. I had asked that your prayers be for a quick and easy peace for him and our prayers were answered. He didn't last as long as the doctors and hospice nurses expected, and as much of a shock as it was and as much as I miss him, it was a blessing for his sake.
I asked the funeral home for a US flag and military marker to honor his service to our country as part of honoring his life.
Oh, ny dear. I lost my Dad many years ago but often, and always during difficult times, I think about him and talk to him and I feel him there for me. Prayer for his soul in heaven and prayers for you and an easing of the pain of your loss and sorrow.
My deepest condolences to you and your family. My prayers of comfort and peace are with you all. May your father rest in peace and know that we are thankful for his service to our country. God Bless you all!
I don't pray in an obvious way.
What is important, is you!
You are the product of your Father's upbringing.
He raised you to not only carry on the name...but more importantly...carry on the values, he bestowed upon you.
:From what I have read...he was not only successful....but he has passed on to his prodigy...the future of more success.
Mourn him...grieve for him...you are part of him...then live your life to the fullest.
We're only given one shot at it. Make your Dad proud....live!!!!
Prayers sent for you and your father.
