A Freeper Call To Arms! (vanity)

"Blackjack" Pershing "Blood 'n Guts" Patton Lazamataz's Speech to the Free Republic Army - the Unabridged Edition

Somewhere in America, May 16th, 2005

"Be seated."

People, this stuff that some sources sling around about America wanting liberalism, not wanting to fight socialism, is a crock of b******t. Americans love to be right wing capitalists, traditionally. All real Americans love the sting and clash of capitalism and the moral virtues of conservatism.

You are here today for three reasons. First, because you are here to defend your homes and your loved ones against the moral predations of liberalism. Second, you are here for your own self respect, because you would not want to be anywhere else. Third, you are here because you are real Americans and all real Americans like to fight liberalism. When you, here, every one of you, were kids, you all admired Ronald Reagan, the Uncompassionate Conservatives, the old-school Republicans. Americans love a winner. Americans will not tolerate a loser. Americans despise cowards. Americans play to win all of the time. I wouldn't give a hoot in hell for a man who lost and laughed. That's why Americans have never lost nor will ever lose against liberals; for the very idea of losing is hateful to an American.

You are not all going to die. Only two percent of you right here today would die because of some liberal -- probably by an abortion. Death must not be feared. Death, in time, comes to all people. Yes, everybody is scared when a liberal screeches at them or a newspaper threatens to impugn them. If they say they're not, they're a liar. Some people are cowards but they fight liberals the same as the brave folks or they get the hell slammed out of them watching those fight who are just as scared as they are. The real hero is the person who fights liberals even though he is scared. Some people get over their fright in a minute under fire. For some, it takes an hour. For some, it takes days. But a real human being will never let his fear of death overpower his honor, his sense of duty to his conservative values, and his innate sense of right and wrong.

Battling liberalism is the most magnificent competition in which a human being can indulge. It brings out all that is best and it removes all that is base. Americans pride themselves on being REAL conservatives and they ARE real conservatives. Remember that the liberals are just pantywaist leg-warmer wearing fairies, and are just as frightened as you are, and probably more so. They are not supermen.

All through your Free Republic careers, you folks have bitched about what you call "chicken s**t posting." That, like everything else in Free Republic, has a definite purpose. That purpose is alertness. Alertness must be bred into every Freeper. I don't give a fig for a Freeper who's not always on his toes. You people are conservatives or you wouldn't be here. You are ready for what's to come. A Freeper must be alert at all times if he expects beat the stuffing out of liberals. If you're not alert, sometime, a liberal son-of-an-a**h**e-b***h is going to sneak up behind you and pass another freedom-grabbing, pro-abortion, antigun law! There are four hundred neatly marked new laws in Washington, all because one conservative compromised with a liberal.

Free Republic is a team. It lives, sleeps, eats, and fights as a team. This individual "I can do it all" stuff is pure horse droppings. The bilious b******s who write that kind of stuff for the New York Times don't know any more about real fighting under fire than they know about making love! We have the finest computers, the best internet connections, and the best minds in the world. Why, by God, I actually pity those poor sons-of-b****es we're going up against. By God, I do.

Freepers don't surrender, and I don't want to hear of any Freeper under my command stopping unless he has been knocked unconscious. Even if you are knocked unconscious, when you wake up, you can still fight liberals. That's not just bulls**t either. The kind of man that I want in my command is just like the Freeper in Philidelphia, who, surrounded and beaten by shouting Union thugs, stood his ground and exposed the corruption of the Democrat in office. There was a real Freeper!

Each Freeper must not think only of himself, but also of his country's future. We don't want yellow Freepers in this web site. They should be banned like trolls. If not, they will go home after this fight and breed more trolls. The brave Freepers will breed more brave Freepers. Kill off the Goddamned cowards and we will have a nation of brave Freepers.

Sure, we want to go home. We've got jobs to do and spouses and children to care for. We want liberals to go away. The quickest way to get it over with is to go get the Democrats and RINOS unelected, and get CONSERVATIVE Republicans elected. The quicker they are whipped, the quicker we can resume our lives. The shortest way home is straight through liberal's fondest desires. And when we destroy liberalism, I am personally going to shoot the first newspaper that decries our victory. Just like I'd shoot a snake!

When a Freeper is not calling his representatives, if he just stays idle all day, a liberal will get to the representative eventually. The hell with that idea. The hell with taking it. My Freepers don't slow down. I don't want them to. Keep moving. And don't give the enemy time to rally either. We'll win this fight, but we'll win it only by working and by showing the liberals that we've got more guts than they have; or ever will have. We're not going to just defeat the sons-of-b***es, we're going to rip out their living Goddamned guts and use them to grease the axles of our SUV's. We're going to murder those lousy liberal suckers by the bushel-frickin'-basket.

Politics is a bloody, senseless business. You've got to destroy their ideology, or they will destroy yours. Use their tactics. Use emotionalism. Delphi them. When newspapers are criticzing all of you and you open up your paycheck and realize that instead of pay, it's all taxes, you'll know what to do!

From time to time there will be some complaints that we are pushing our Freepers too hard. I don't give a good Goddamn about such complaints. I believe in the old and sound rule that an ounce of sweat will save a ton of legislation. The harder WE push, the more liberals we will defeat. The more liberals we defeat, the more money, rights, and lives we will save. I want you all to remember that.

There is one great thing that you men will all be able to say after this fight is over and you can resume your lives again. You may be thankful that twenty years from now when you are sitting by the fireplace with your grandson on your knee and he asks you what you did in the great political battles of the 2000's, you WON'T have to cough, shift him to the other knee and say, 'Well, your Granddaddy shoveled shit in Louisiana.' No, Sir, you can look him straight in the eye and say, 'Son, your Granddaddy rode with the Great Free Republic and a Son-of-a- Goddamned-B***h named Lazamataz!'

"That is all."

What are you on now?

Patriotism. A desire to defeat liberals attempted stoppage of our judicial appointments. And a strong dose of disgust at Newsweek.

Don't bogart that joint, my friend
Pass it over to me.
Don't bogart that joint, my friend
Pass it over to me.
Roll another one
Just like the other one.
This one's burnt to the end
Come on and be a friend.
Don't bogart that joint, my friend
Pass it over to me.
Don't bogart that joint, my friend
Pass it over to me.
Ro-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-oll another one
Just like the other one.
You've been hanging on to it
And I sure would like a hit.
Don't bogart that joint, my friend
Pass it over to me.
Don't bogart that joint, my friend
Pass it over to me.

Okay fine, I guess I can put you down into the "Let's not motivate Freepers" category.

Just put my name under the "reality" column.

Your reality is much too depressing and defeatist for me. I believe we Freepers can accomplish much, and frankly, the usual calls to "fax and phone Frist" are kinda limp and lifeless.

Sometimes a little creativity is required to motivate the troops.

Sorry you don't approve. No wait, strike that: Couldn't care less that you don't approve.

I'm not so against your idea, but the attention starved emotion behind it and the chance of actual motivation leaves me flat.

Sorry for the frank opinion, but the whole approach struck me as silly. Maybe something that didn't appear to draw attention to you would work better.

I responded to your earlier thread only to find that the mods had removed it!!!!! I thought it was great. A super tribute to our hero George Patton. Anyway, glad your rant came around again so I could say "way to go" Laz, you're on target. (I don't post much, but have enjoyed your comments for years.)

How can one post a thread without drawing attention? And I wholeheartedly disagree that it's not motivational.

And the part about me being a General: I guess you just don't get that I was joking.

I haven't bothered to see if the clowns have been writing about me. I take it from your presence that they have?

Once again: Couldn't care less that you disapprove. In fact, kinda flattered. That which clowns don't like usually is right on. RINO's, mostly, that despise conservatives and hate anyone who actually freeps, or attempts to organize anything.

Carry on.

Laz, get a grip. I don't know what you are talking about.

I didn't read enough to know you referrred to yourself as a general and I have no idea what clowns you are talking about. Seriously, you are flailing at imaginary things.

There's always a few like that. :o)

Consider them domestic enemies of our eventual conservative triumph. :o)

Roger on the clowns. However, if you didn't object to me pretending to be a general, then I take it you object to the very subject of the post? Or do you just object to ME posting it?

(Takes out notepad and dons glasses) What is it that depresses you so about this post? Did your father abuse you as a child? Tell me about your childhood.

Carefully read my post #66 again. That sums it up. It's not a big mystery or even a big argument.

Simply put, I tend to balk when a supposed message is saturated by a look-at-me foreground. That's all.

Well, I attempted to register the screen name NotLazamatazAtAll, but the moderators kicked the account before I could post.

Other than that, I'm not sure how I'm going to post threads without treading on your delicate sensibilities.

Therefore, I will do the only thing I can.

Ignore your complaint.
