I would be willing to bet that the first judicial fight begins Friday...with the result pre-ordained....Frist wins, and the judicial filibuster goes the way of the buggy whip.
I has to start this week..because there will be long debate before Frist invokes cloture..then there is another 30 hours..the highway bill comes up today..I think Bolton comes up tomorrow..
