I'm sorry folks, but this is why we have elections. And if the Dems get the majority, we can't filibuster their people either. THat's the way the Constitution was designed, and it's bigger than ANY of these people.

Friend, we have liberal judges on the federal courts today because they got 50+ votes in a democratic-controlled senate. That is the point. Judicial nominees have never been filibustered and should not be...regardless of which party controls the senate.
