I don't agree, Howlin. Powell believes in loyalty to the person he works for. If he cannot be loyal, he resigns, as he resigned his position as Joint Chiefs Chairman when Clinton became president.

I defended him when he made out of place remarks about Iraq; I defended him when he talked to Bob Woodward and made Bush look indecisive in his book.
