I failed to check the poster because I had a hard time finding any info on the matter and just couldn't believe the MSM hasn't broke in news for this. I'm happy to know this wasn't a sleeping troll cell. Breaking on Fox now.

Close only counts in horseshoes and hand grenades but maybe 100 ft wasn't that close. Anyone know what the usual shrapnel distance is for a typical hand grenade explosion?

Very strange, indeed. No news of this anywhere online that I can find. The source is NBC Nightly News apparently.

Anyone know what the usual shrapnel distance is for a typical hand grenade explosion? The serious damage usually has a 5-10 yard radius.

Woundn't there be some type of footage of this? The Georgian press covered every second Preisdent Bush was in public. No photos, no video footage?? very odd
To: EternalVigilance
Quite possibly a dud.
One thing for sure, in my mind at least, God was with the President that day.
Will be glad and releived when he gets back home.
