Is this related to the federal probe into civic bribes by the same Rats in Cleveland, Houston, Detroit, and other cities?
Their attendence at the 2003 Super Bowl leads me to suspect the answer is "Yes".
This should be a BIG story as it snakes through many major metropolian areas and shows how the taxpayers have been taken to the cleaners.
