[My Favorite Headache]

I know red wine is excellent for you and recommended to drink a glass a day but just wasn't sure if it worked for this...if it did..I was on my way out the door to grab a bottle right now at 7-11...whether I look like a whino or not :)

Do not get any red wine, it will make you worse.

I know you think I'm just goofing on you,but I'm serious, for some reason it works for me.Maybe the alcohol kills the problem or the acidity of the grapes neutralizes the problem, give it a try,..you might be surprised.

Red wine..............If you drink too much obviously that will not help you,and some medical experts say the alcohol will aggravate the problem, others say it can help because it contains "Quercetin".
I tried to post some links to articles and they won't work,if you search red wine and hay fever ,you will find a few.I didn't want you to think I was just kidding you.
