Requiem for Montezuma: How the US is Losing the Southwest

By E.F. Winslow Posted 5-6-2005

There is little doubt that Al Qaeda poses a clear and present danger to the United States. Fortunately, our Homeland Security is aware and vigilant to anti-American Islamicists who might seek to come here for the purpose causing injury to our country. However, there is another threat, which is just as militant, just as bitter against America, and already here on our shores. It is the growing movement by Chicano activists under the “Aztlan” umbrella seeking to re-conquer Texas, New Mexico, Nevada and parts of 4 other states that were once considered part of the Aztec Empire, and many Mexicans believe were illegally annexed by the United States from Mexico.

What great "Aztec Empire"? The Aztecs were in Central Mexico and were virtually wiped out by the Spanish and every other Indian tribe that allied with the conquistadores!

Well, somewhat right---they WERE virtually wiped out by the Spanish, but they were NOT in Central America. The Aztec captial city was where Mexico City stands today.

OTOH, what good does it do these wetback numbskulls to "conquer" those states, and turn them into duplicates of Mexico??

Mexicans aren't here to remake the U.S. in the image of Mexico. Then where would they go to find the opportunity to make a decent life?

They are needless to stay stupid. Last I looked at the Museum I know work at, the earliest inhabitants were not Aztecs here in AZ. But the Hohokam then the Pima and the Navajo, not to mention the Anazasi and the Hopi. Which is funny to hear some Navajos complain about the white Conquerers but let natives from Canada virtually take them over.

These creeps were burning the American flag. Did any of them get arrested? Doubtful. Mexican illegal aliens are a protected class in Mexifornia. They break all the laws, with few consequences to them.

Come to California and take a look at the "colonias" here - replicas of third world Mexico. You might change your mind if you look around here.

Any more pictures? My blood is boiling right now and I want to "share" these pics with some of my buds. People need to know what is going on. This country needs to wake up.

Any time you find this stuff, get the word out. Also please Ping me w/any info you dig up. Thanks

Can you spell "Paranoia"? It makes every patriot's blood boil to hear some nut-job lay claim to US territory (especially a nut-job who claims to be "Aztec", but who speaks Spanish instead of Nahuatl, and is just as likely to be Toltec, Chichimec, Yaqui or Maya as Aztec). I think we've already dealt with the issue of secession from the Union, so no matter how many "Aztecs" invade the US Southwest, they'd better bring their M1A2s and Apache Helicopters if they plan on raising the Mexican flag over the state Capitol buildings in TX, NM, AZ, CO, and CA.

Kaktuskid didn't say the Aztecs were in Central America, he said they were in Central *Mexico*, which is exactly right.

Whoops--reading too fast again.

But I stick by my question as to WHY they want to turn successful states of the USA into clones of Mexico??? Is there supposed to be some kind of "territorial magic" that will suddenly make a third world population into a first world one, once the "Aztlan empire" has been "re-captured". Somehow I don't think so.

This was from a July 4, 2000 rally in LA...mostly not covered by the MSM

Here is a report from the LA CBS affiliate although the link no longer works:

Two People Arrested At Immigration Rally

Altercation Breaks Out After American Flags Were Burned

from Channel 2000

Anti-Immigration Rally Turns Violent

July 4th 2000

WESTWOOD, Calif. , Updated 6:08 p.m. PDT July 4, 2000 -- Police arrested at least two people Tuesday during an altercation between pro- and anti-immigration marchers outside the Westwood Federal Building.

According to CBS 2 News, the organization called One Nation Indivisible set up tents outside the building for a rally, while the National Chicano Moratorium Committee, a pro-immigration group, took up residence across the street.

About 250 people were present at the rallies on Wilshire Blvd.

An altercation broke out after members of the pro-immigration group reportedly burned a couple of American flags, the television station said.

"We have borders for reasons and I don't think it's right that they should be allowed to come across the border illegally and get money from taxpayers who work here in this country," an anti-immigration advocate told CBS 2 News.

"Mexicans have every right to be here," a pro-immigration protester told CBS 2. "This land was stolen from us."

Riot police were quickly called in and order was restored, with anti-immigrant advocates on the south side of Wilshire Boulevard and pro-immigrant groups on the north.

One police officer was slightly injured after he was hit by a flying soda can.

Wilshire Boulevard was closed in both directions for a short time as riot police took up positions in the center of the street to keep the two sides apart.

The rallies ended at about 1 p.m. Organizers say that the demonstrations are an annual event.

Here is how CNN (barely) covered it:

L.A. Anti-Immigration Rally Turns Violent

And here is what most of us didn't see from that protest turned violent:

Well you asked for it . . .

In LA County, the Metrolink Baldwin Park Station has some public paid "Artwork" on the Station grounds. Below is a pic from the Metrolink website of one of the pices of "Art".

Now here are a few pictures of the same piece of "Art" that you don't see unless you go and look at it for yourself:

How is your blood pressure now?

They don't really want it, it is just their business to insist on it. They are like the PLO. They got billions for insisting on an independent state, but that was the last thing they wanted.
