Today's FEEBLE

YOKE :

There was a doctor, a civil engineer, and a computer scientist sitting around late one evening, and they discussed which was the oldest profession.
The doctor pointed out that according to Biblical tradition, God created Eve from Adam's rib. This obviously required surgery, so therefore that was the oldest profession in the world.
The engineer countered with an earlier passage in the Bible that stated that God created order from the chaos, and that was most certainly the biggest and best civil engineering example ever, and also proved that his profession was the oldest profession.
The computer scientist leaned back in her chair, and with a sly smile responded, "Yes, but whom do you think created the chaos?"

Soldiers secure the area after a military truck was hit by a suicide car bomb in the Dorah district of Baghdad on Thursday. At least 20 people were killed in three separate attacks that targeted Iraqi and U.S. security forces in the city.

The new Off-Broadway play "47th Street" has just released it's latest television commercial.

Soldiers work to extinguish a burning military vehicle after it was struck by a car bomb in Baghdad on Thursday.

The now dead driver of the car with the bomb inside had no comment for our Canteen reporters..

U.S. and Iraqi soldiers gather around seized artillery shells that were found during a raid in the village of Buhruz, Iraq, on Thursday. The soldiers detained 14 suspects and captured a huge amount of weapons in the raid.

A recent crackdown by military officials has resulted in a cessation of the sale of artillery shells in open Iraqi public markets.

Iraqi soldiers gather around seized weapons that were found during a raid in the village of Buhruz, Iraq, on Thursday.

Raid? Where we are going, we won't need raids.

Kelly Smith talks to her friend, Chuck Steinmetz, after a busy homecoming for her daughter, Pfc. Amanda Smith, on Tuesday in Cape Coral, Fla. Smith is back in the country for 15 days of rest and relaxation.

The Smith Brothers Co. has created a new cough drop for the active duty PFC, and her surname will not soon be forgotten.

An airman strolls between C-17 cargo planes on the ramp at Rhein Main Air Base in Frankfurt am Main, Germany, on Monday. The base is scheduled to close in October 2006.

Wow, Rhein Main AFB is closing?

Radix partial rant.  I have been to the Rhein Main Base hundreds of times. Closing that Base is a serious statement to the European community. I am stunned.

Lorenzo Peterson, right, a Greco-Roman wrestler, grapples with his opponent, R.C. Johnson, of the New York Athletic Club, during a match at the 2005 U.S. Nationals Wrestling tournament in Las Vegas on April 29. The Air Force team won first runner-up in the team standings at the tournament.

Off we go wearing the wild blue underwear.

Japanese sailors man the rails as the Japanese Navy training ship JDS Kashima (TV 3508) pulls into Pearl Harbor, Hawaii, on Tuesday. The purpose of the visit is to develop the seamanship and leadership skills of Japan's future leaders, as well as to broaden the mutual understanding and friendship between the United States and Japan.

Gosh, my Lotto ticket had a "4" where that zero sits.

Just another day at the office for our Troops.
