Well, evidently Mr. Monty has a problem with reporting facts. All sides, Serbs, Croats, Slovenes, Montenegrins, Macedonians & Bosnians, in the multi-ethnic Balkan portion of World War Two had their pro-Axis sell-outs and if Mr. Monty refuses to egknowledge that fact he is not in favour of honest historical reporting, especially photo-documentation.
I am not pushing any particular side, just the facts. In 2005 if all 'peacekeeping troops' were withdrawn from the former Yugoslavia the various side would be right back were they started - fighting like it was 1912, 1914, 1941 or 1991!
Pictures do lie, would you agree or not?
I doubt the "Croatian rescuer" photo went over particularly well, either...
The "you're/your" thing is incorrect grammar, not a typographical error. I just found it ironic that you combined that with an accusation of intellectual dishonesty. That's funny, any way you slice it.
Just busting your balls a little, too. Relax.
Are there any pictures I posted on this thread dealing with Yugoslavia during WWII which you consider a 'lie'?
Winston Churchill had called the situation in Yugoslavia "a tragedy within a tragedy."
It remains so today in 2005
That might very well be part of his problem.
Monty's has a definite Yugoslav side he backs 100%, and considers all those on that side to be saints above committing war crimes. It does not function like that in the real world of the Balkans.
Do you agree that pictures do lie or they tell the truth of that story from that still photograph? They lie or tell the truth, please?
Ping!
I asked you a question, there was no response.
