The University of Texas student arrested after asking an obscenity-filled question of WorldNetDaily columnist Ann Coulter is a former reporter for the college's newspaper, and is said to be defending his actions in more graphic language.
Ajai Raj, 19, a sophomore whose major is English at the Austin campus, was taken into custody and charged with disorderly conduct following his vulgar question and lewd hand gestures following a speech by the conservative pundit Tuesday night.

If one didnt already know that the Democrat Party is now nothing but a loose coalition of Godless communists; socialists; traitors; criminals; perverts; race-baiters; parasites; pseudo-intellectual elitists; and the feeble minded, they just might be surprised by this mans conduct.

The kid is one of the student anarchists who writes for the local PROGRESSIVE school paper.
Is this some kind of surprise to anyone with a brain?

And the question he asked, indicates the level of depravity these folks have.
I was there during the 60s and 70s when the proponents of "sexual liberation" told people "If it feels good, do it".
Their reasoning, it would be hard for heterosexuals who behaved in perverted ways to criticize homosexuals for the same type of behaviors with only the gender of the partner being different.
I suspect if Ann had answered the guy, she would have said that his suggestion was disgusting.

Oh, the little doofus "explained himself" in an open letter on DU of all places. Yes, a future journalist for sure. Left out the part between the foulmouthed act and his arrest making it seem that the latter was because of the former. No mention that he was being ejected and resisted, the real reason for the arrest.
BTW, any word on his immigration status?

And the question he asked, indicates the level of depravity these folks have. Also the level of stupidity. The question to Ann was about the definition of marriage, not homosexual sex.

I'm fairly certain that the UT paper is like any other student publication in most universities. They accept any political bent as long as its written somewhat well and has punctuation. Having written a libertarian counterpoint in just such a publication, It appears that you have a bit of a skewed picture of student publications in general.

A little boy who needs a sincere greeting from the land of beatings. The little punk has accomplished/achieved nothing in his pathetic life except this little act of theater which will follow him the rest of his life. Is any serious employer going to give this punk any consideration when they learn of his arrest?
Congratulations, punk!

For someone who majors in English, Mr. Raj does not have an eloquent grasp of the language.
"Where did you learn English?" "College...and the Police Academy movies..."
To: DJ Taylor
Ajai appears to have the intelligence and attitude of a Dan Rather. I predict great success for him at CBS.
(The problem for him is that CBS will have two viewers by the time he gets there.)

I made the mistake of following your link.
I need a shower . . . . . . . . or 7 to get rid of the filth I read at that site.
It is disgraceful that our universal disdain for one another is demonstrated by the epithets we rain upon each other.
There was a time when a polite society could exchange insults without the use of vulgar gutter language. I'll provide an example from my grandmother who delivered this insult to a fellow driver who cut her off in traffic:
"You're not accustomed to driving in the city, are you?"
Oh, for a return to THOSE days when we were more civil and more respectful of each other.
