For the freedom you enjoyed yesterday...
Thank the Veterans who served in The United States Armed Forces.
~May~ National Military Appreciation Month~
We thank you, you who volunteer To join the military to protect what's here... The Constitution, the Rule of law, Our way of freedom loved by all In this wondrous land of ours Whose Stars and Stripes flow freely Oer the land, whose seas are free, Dont tread on us... we are too, proud To let you turn us into dust!
We appreciate your bravery, your valor, Your honor, your gallantry, Thank You for all you do. And let Freedom ring the whole world through.
The price that's paid for freedom made an entire family terribly sad. A nation must know the price that's paid of blood, of tears, of love, greater than any made a life for freedom paid.
May our gracious God touch the hearts and ease their pain. Their loved one did not die in vain... A Hero walks tall in a lofty land of peace and will be forever young, In the Mansions of the Lord.
Amen

Rapids transit: Shooting Japan's Kitayama River combines the thrill of whitewater rafting with the comfort of a full subway car. Riders (in red) must stand on rafts of logs for the entire 3.7-mile trip as oarsmen (blue happi coats) guide the long craft.

Is she into learning to speak Japanese? Sounds like she has "settled" into the town thingy quite nicely. I won't say a thing about Benihana.

Here's something I found messing around and brought it right to the canteen...
"mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm...................beeeeerrrr.......aaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhhhhhh............."
These young heroes will one day again have a chance to lay about and do nothing, enjoying the peace and security they bring to us every day. Then, we FReepers will do everything we can to help them back into the American Dream, making money and being responsible and good citizens.

I had one red white and blue ribbon that said "God Bless the USA", a yellow support our Troops ribbon and one that was really cool. It was camaflauged and it said "Support our Troops" Well that last one got stolen. I'm hoping that someone just liked it and stole it. Nothing negative ya know?
Anyway, Connor is in the Cinco de Mayo program tonight so I have to run to be there on time.
The interview went well. She wants me to go back Saturday for more work. WoooHoooo!

Rrrubber Ddducky, I love you: Next time, Traci DeGeorge -- seen here shivering in 50-degree temperatures -- will check the forecast before agreeing to ride a tub-on-a-bed entry in Louisville, Ky.'s Derby Festival Great Bed Races.

Having a small party at home.
I've been to the Derby once, I'd never go again.
Before 9/11 it cost 40$ to sit in the mud in the infield if you brought your own liquor and sunscreen.
Since 9/11 they practically strip search you to get in and it costs more.
I don't make enough for a box seat. It's like getting choice tickets for the Super Bowl.
With all the celebrities that show up, Security is tighter than a new pair of heels.

Denim ringers: Annette Samaniego treats Daisy before entering a dog-and-owner look-alike contest at a restaurant in Las Cruces, N.M. The Yappy Hour sponsored by the local humane society is a way for dog lovers to meet.

I can get you testimonials from people who say I have a black heart for the way I treated them ~ I think some are still alive.

He was suffering from bladder cancer.
The article I read hinted that it's an emerging form of cancer linked to Agent Orange exposure.
