"Man gets 35 years for murdering 15-year-old lover"
The 15 year old was never his "lover". He was a rape victim.
A Chicago man who murdered a teenage boy he was having sex with was sentenced to 35 years in prison Tuesday.
Should read:
A Chicago pedophile who murdered a teenage boy he raped was sentenced to 35 years in prison Tuesday.
I seem to recall that the cops returned a naked and screaming boy with a bloody rectum to Jeffrey Dahmer, after Dahmer told the cops the boy was his "lover."
The boy was later served up as Dahmer's lunch.
I hope prison is everything he's hoped for, and more.
Personally, I'd put him in with the cellmate who killed Dahmer.
Thirty-five years in prison?
This creep won't last five.
If only they had been allowed to marry. /sarcasm
Or: Chicago pedophile was summarily executed 3 seconds after being found guilty of raping a fifteen year old boy. That would be the right ending.
No, no, no d@mm!t! Let's get it right this time!
"At some point, authorities said, the victim's mother called Gaston and wanted to know the whereabouts of her son."
Has our society really regressed to this point?
I'm betting that the 15-year-old said "Dude, this creeping me out. I want to go out with girls like a normal guy. See ya."
And things went downhill from there.
This would never have happened if society had only let them marry!
Riiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiight!
No
This makes prison, or DC Jail if you come to one of the Freeper protest marches and are incarcerated, a threat to everyone. Homosexual rape, as championed by you, becomes the acceptable norm for male bullies because people just like you, who think they are heterosexual, root for it.
The perp deserves a fair trial and a fast hanging.
He had his trial but we are a nation infested by judicial tyrants and liberal lawyers so there is little to no justice.
Why do people expect convicted and jailed criminals to meet out our societies ideal of justice?
What was the exact date we all just uniformly stopped expecting justice from our legal system?
Amen. "Inmate justice" is an oxymoron. We can not rely on lawbreakers to apply justice for us. In addition, no one deserves rape as punishment. No one.
The guilty deserve a fair trial (to determine the truth in the matter, not to get them off) and a certain, but not tortuous, execution.
