Notice nobody bothered to ask Valentine about
his sexuality.
If he is not arrested for a sex crime in the next ten years, I'll be shocked.

Yeah, man. That'll really pack 'em into the parks....A more "Gay Friendly" baseball attitude.

Breaking News! 100's of millions of children from heterosexual parents (legally married opposite sex partners for those who fall in the less than 3% of our society) honor them with love and devotion and vow to keep tradition up by raising their own children with the same moral values they were brought up with. Details at 6:00.

Oh good, now baseball players are not only selfish sluggos on dope, but they are now also arbiters of the nation's ethos? Swell.
What's next? Geraldo Rivera as a marriage counselor?
Phew. I feel better now. Thanks.

Hey, lighten up. The kid said a couple of good things about the people who raised him. That's a good thing. The unwritten rule in sports is you never say anything negative about someone's mother for any reason....

Well that would explain why the Deds are keeping him and his game-blowing ERA around: they are afraid they will be called bigots or worse if they demote or release his incompetent ass.
To: KidGlock
That's kinda weird, just last week there was a story in the WaPo about another baseball player and his two moms. But they weren't gay. His bio mother was on drugs and he spent most of his life with his foster mom and her family. His natural mother is trying to clean up her act so both moms do make appearances at the ball park to see the young man play.

Pro baseball pitcher honors his two (lesbian) momsIsn't his mom a catcher? Wait, I meant a pitcher. Oh, forget it, it's too confusing.
