The headline is missing some crucial information: 3 of the 11 are illegal aliens.

Yup. Portland = Al Qaeda/illegal immigrant friendliest city and state in the USA.

Between the fact that any illegal immigrant can get a Oregon Drivers license w/o proving citizenship - they don't check SSN's here - and the fact that a$$holio, Communist, Critical-Mass riding, piss ant, jerk Tom Potter as Mayor, just damn near anything goes here in good old Peoples Republik of Orygun. Those fools they arrested will be out on bail in about 12 hours.

I swear, as a bastion of "liberalism as mental Disorder" poster state, Oregon takes the cake. They can fund the 200K for the LAWN on the roof of city hall, but open the BRAND NEW EMPTY JAIL in Multnomah County??? Ho no! They don't have the BUDGET for that! Shoot, they have to subsidize the the multi million dollar waterfront CONDO project first. Forget about the criminals, we'll just let them go and they will learn their lesson. Yea, that crime pays in Portland Oregon.

Unlikely combinations of drugs. One does not usually find a meth dealer including heroin in his product line. They tend to cancel one another out.

But hey, I guess times have changed.

Big deal. A good friend of mine recently was involved in an undercover bust of about about a dozen "bad cops" and a major drug dealer from NY. The Feds were heavily involved; nearly a year long investigation. Dangerous as hell. Gunplay you can't imagine during the actual, final bust. Huge seizures of drugs, etc. followed......and even a county police commissioner went down.

Sometimes the more spectacular cases don't see the light of day.......but there are some incredibly brave, dedicated professionals putting their asses on the line on a regular basis.

They might like being jammed into a windowless van and being left in the sun. That's more traditional for illegals.

Odd combo of drugs. Who would have ever thought there would be a day when one car dealer sells Chevys and Fords and Hondas? As you said, times have changed. Why be a specialist?
