green poison : I don't know what it is. My guess is that it means money fever, but I could be wrong.

Somehow, during the translation from Korean to Russian and again to English, the speech morphed into something quite different. I have to also say that Korean senetences used here are rather  rudimentary and clumsy, making him look like a blockhead. It is a nice Russian political satire.
