View video of assistant principal's office, arrival of police
In an ideal world, this little girl should not have been handcuffed. She should have been given a good paddling on her bottom with a switch.
With a name like "Ja'eisha" the kid never stood a chance.
"Instantly he felt that it smelled bad, but he wants to research it first," said his spokeswoman Rachel Nordlinger. "It could be a case of police brutality or a case of her civil rights being violated."
He's got to figure which case scenario will make him/mom the most money, before he procedes any further!
Oh no, this is terrible news. When this kid makes her first visit to Japan she will be identified right away and her trip will be ruined!
Where's Dad?
Little terror! I remember being spanked on my butt for talking in Kindergarden! Racism my a**.
Watching Fox right now, Pinellas County School supervisor says mom was called and this "concerned" "mother" was busy, too busy to come to school, that it would take her at least an hour to an hour and a half to get there and help control her child. This woman should be slapped with impersonating a parent. And bet you dollars to doughnuts she's not married to Ja'eisha's father. People like this are the problem a hell of a lot more than police and school officials are. Discipline starts at HOME.
Meanwhile, the (disturbed) kid is nothing more than a legal lottery ticket.
Typical liberal media-made story. An out of control kid and a parent who taught her how. Now they'll be cashing in on their "victimhood".
And by 12 years old this little girl will be in the juvenile justice system for violent crimes.
When all else fails, send in the clowns........
Why on earth would her lawyer release the video without her permission? Insane. Hope he has good malpractice insurance.
I didn't find the video all that "wrenching".
Also on Monday came the prospect that the Rev. Al Sharpton would be coming to town. The famous New York crusader...
Now this, I find "wrenching".
Saw Trevena on Fox yesterday morning. He fits the stereotype of every ambulance-chasing contingency-based piece of filth you can conjure up.
The Brits have a law against barratry (lawyers looking for and cooking up cases) - it is sorely needed here.
Hilarious that after refusing to answer questions directly for hours on TV, he got the heave.
Have you noticed how some people respond to a camera pointing at them? They absolutely have to act up, regardless of age.
So how did the lawyer get custody of the video? Didn't the teacher or the school own it?
The shame is parents who don't seem to know how to be parents.
I took my Mother to an event that was sponsored by the garden club, and a little girl (no more than 8) talked to her father like he was her slave and he just stood there looking like a whipped dog. I will add that this father and daughter were non-black and quite upper class.
Black children do tend to suffer more from parental abdication because of the lack of fathers and, as someone mentioned earlier, being strapped with a name that's hard to pronounce and that invites laughter and criticism.
I watched Hannity & Colmes last night who did a segment on this story. They had as a guest a black liberal who insinuated that the police handcuffed this little girl because they were racist. He suggested that it might not have been conscious racism but unconscious racism against blacks that made them do it. I almost puked.
So if the cops were racist, maybe the cause for this little girls assaulting all white teachers was rascism also??
What I want to know is where did this little girl learn her hatered for whites? Maybe there needs to be an investigation into this? Maybe the teachers that were assaulted all need to sue this little girl's mother for teaching her daughter to hate whites?
(See how easy it is to play the race card? This is play #1 in the liberal playbook)
Then call Cochran.
I wrote: No five-year old of mine ever had a tantrum or hit any adult. I say the school did the right thing and so did the cops. Putting the child in handcuffs was the wisest thing to do. Laws have rendered our teachers powerless. They cannot lay a finger on children without being reprimanded, fired, and/or sued. And the easiest way to remove her from the premises was to handcuff her. There is no other action that could have been taken. As litigious as our society has become it was a "damned if you do; damned if you don't" situation."
After I sent this email, they had some so-called "expert" on the show who was outraged about the actions of the police and E.D. makes the comment that most people are agreeing that the actions were way over the top.
Later on in the day, the incident is again mentioned on Linda Vester's show. And again, there is outrage expressed by that feminist Wendy whats-her-name that the little girl was treated horribly.
I emailed Dayside and said Wendy is wrong. The mother's behavior is teaching the little girl that her behavior is acceptable and that it is ok to question authority figures. What the cops did is called tough love and sometimes it is necessary. If the mother had backed up the police, she would have been telling her daughter that this behavior was NOT going to be accepted any longer.
Again, there were the appropriate ooh, aahhs, and awwws in favor of the little girl.
This bothered me greatly. It showed that the media was already gearing up to support the little girl and her mother. Now, that the truth is emerging, the media is ready to waffle the other way. This is an important story and many lessons could be learned from it if reported accurately.
Why do we have a society where so many kids are out of control? This is why.
