The ACLU and the Death of America
The American Legion ^ | 2005 | Steven J. Newton

Posted on 04/25/2005 3:16:31 PM PDT by Steve Newton

Hi Everyone:

A cross honoring the fallen of World War I was placed on a mountain top by a private citizen in 1934.

President Clinton issued an order incorporating the site into the Mojave National Preserve and in 2000; the ACLU filed a Federal Suit.

It is a simple cross consisting of two pipes tied together but now it is covered and will have to be removed or destroyed.

In my opinion, the ACLU has now become THE most dangerous threat to our way of life this country has ever seen. By tearing down our values they are attempting to destroy us from within.

How soon will all the crosses on veteran’s graves be ordered removed?

But, that’s just my opinion. Sorry Folks. Just a little angry right now.

Picture and article in the American Legion Magaine.

This is the way the article read:

In a remote area of the Mojave Desert, atop a rock outcrop, stands a lone cross. Just two peipes tied together, it was erected bya private citizen in 1934 to honor the service ow World War I veterans. But when President Clinton issued an order incorporating the site into the Mojave National Preserve, the ACLU saw a golden opportunity.

Doesn't say who owned the land or from who it was purchased.

Got stuck listening to NPR last night 'cause it was the only news radio station I could pick up. They were doing a segment on FCC low frequency FM licenses and how most of the licenses were going to CHRISTIAN radio stations. Oh the horror!! I am amazed that these lib-tards are so so very frightened of Christianity, you'd almost think they'd shrivel up if they saw a cruifix. I'm certain that there is a new wave of morality starting as kids start to rebel against their liberal parents lifestyles.

IMHO:

The Democrat Party is the largest organized crime syndicate in the U.S. ---

The ACLU is the largest organized communist, anti-American organization in the U.S. ---

I've posted my true thoughts about the ACLU on this forum before. My message was removed, and the moderator suggested that I refrain from advocating violence.

Now you know my sentiments. :)

It's time to dispose of the ACLU. We could do it the way Wilson did things ~ simply incarcerate them pending whatever. Or, maybe we could do it Roosevelt's way ~ incarcerate them pending whatsoever while all their property is sold at a tax auction.

There's plenty of precedent for this sort of thing.

NO

We do things by the book. Legal and above board.

We just need to learn to play the game the way they play it.

My Friend

I know your feelings but NOT with violence. Yes I am angry and yes something must be done but not by violence.

Besides that would just prove their point. Take all our weapons away, etc.

The way to fight them is to hit them EVERYTIME they file suit. Bankrupt them and make it so expensive for them that they will quit.

But yes. They can make a fella mad.

Well, fortunately St. Louis was a rather vicious anti-semite and killed more than his fair share of Jews.

The ACLU and the Democrats who are their running dog lackeys will certainly leave that name alone!

They will never be allowed to remove the cross from my Dad's marker at the Vets Cemetary in Pinelawn on Long Island because I will just say NO!

Not me my friend.

I'm just saying that the way I think things should be done is THROUGH the system.

Yes I know what the Constitution says. But we don't want to go there.

This is a great country with all its faults. But the ACLU is like an enemy that has slipped up on us in our own camp.

Yes lets fight them but lets form together in the American way and fight honorably.

Steve

We just need to learn to play the game the way they play it.

They play the game by filing law suits. There are Christian groups such as The ACLJ and the Rutherford Institute that have won cases against the ACLU. And the importance of judicial appointments to our major courts are the reason that the Democrats are filibustering in the Senate now to stop non-liberal judges from being appointed. It would ruin their agenda.

Oour liberties are at stake, it's down to who most wants to see their version of America: left-winger wackjobs or everyone else.
