Gracious Lord....look how quickly some are blaming the victim. Sounds like the comments on an Elizabeth Smart story.

So now it's the victim's fault again? Okay, here's the scenerio. The pervert is a teacher for five years or longer so the kid has to assume he's well respected. Who would listen to a kid against him? And maybe there are other victims. The guy is huge and probably threatened the kid and maybe his family. These perverts can twist it around so the child believes it's his/her fault. The victim becomes ashamed and thinks people will despise him.
If this creep had not been caught, we may have had "another kid suicide" or twenty years from now 10 adults would finally have had the nerve to speak out.

I have dealt with these cases. Kids don't say anything because they fear these animals and because they are too embarrassed and humiliated--in essence they feel so guilty they are willing to shoulder the blame.

Screw the hangman idea. Paint him down with chicken parts and stake him out near the swamp. Let the gators get him.

They need to have a hearing? They can't just out right fire him?He has a contract, so the administration needs to meet to officially vote to terminate his contract.

And third ... the media never uses the term "homosexual" when referring to adult-child relationships. We don't want to upset the "gay community" who already have to suffer from an intolerant society.
This "teacher" falls into that small percentage of males who are homosexuals and they collectively have a very considerable percentage of all child molestation cases. But don't look for the media to point this out.

Nah. I'm suggesting that the whole story isn't out yet. This kid couldn't tell his parent or legal guardian that something was going on? The Principal? Another teacher? NOBODY?????
Sorry. My kids wouldn't have let this go on 100 times so I wanna know why this kid did.

The Department of Education should be abolished immediately. There was a time when the biggest problem was incompetence and wasting money. Now the health and safety of children is the biggest problem.

I didn't blame the victim, in fact I was very careful to say so if you read my post. I simply asked why this kid let this go on 100 times and kept quiet, not telling anyone, including his friends.

Do you know that's what happened, or is that a surmise ? Just asking the question.

No, I'm just saying that if he told the kid that, he would likely shet up and just be miserable. That it is not that surprising to me that he was able to indimidate him into keeping quiet. That's how a lot of these jokers operate.

gay pedophile...will the link be made?It is skull-banging-ridiculous that the media still doesn't understand the exaggerated occurence of molestation where a homosexual is the predator. Adjusted for the % of the population, they are many times more likely to molest your kids than a straight person.
It took the writer until the 5th paragraph to say that the victim was a boy. Shameful.

The guy's going to jail..!! Why even have a hearing?
Well....wait a minute. Where right is wrong, and wrong is now right......maybe he will become the school administrator now. Or better yet....the NEA regional rep.
Geesh, I loathe the NEA..!!
