Sounds like Mcllame is taking the advice I offered just yesterday. In order to win a Presidential primary he needs to EMBRACE conservative goals (like telling it like it is at the U.N.)among other things.

Saying one decent thing a year doesn't quite cut it--especially when he went on National TV the other night and said unequivically that he would vote AGAINST the GOP over the filibuster crap---

I'm glad to hear this, but it in no way builds confidence in him. He came out swinging against the Swifties, then also said he thought John Kerry would make a good President.
Pretty hard to redeem himself for those, amongst other things.

No other sitting Senator has ever been asked to run as VeeP candidate(2004) for the opposing party except for John McLaim.. not even Arlen Spectre.. A spectacular DIShonor..
