...Distortion by interest groups, media hyperbole, and manipulative use of videotape characterized this case and demonstrate what can happen when a patient becomes more a precedent-setting symbol than a unique human being...

These are the medical 'facts' as understood by doctor Quill, but there are other qualified experts who disagree. So, as far as I am concerned, the premise to his analysis is suspect. That was the purpose of congress's instruction for the court to start over at square one to review the findings of fact, which were established by ONE man, Judge Greer.
"There's absolutely no excuse for her murder."
I agree totally. The media and all the Death Now Lovers,
are and have been, twisting this into condemnation against the VICTIM and her REAL BLOOD family, the ones who loved her most. Twisted logic. No reason for Terri to die, She was not ill. They murdered her!!! That was their goal, mission completed now they want a pat on the back. It's just sick thinking and a totally horrific death for an innocent disabled HUMAN BEING. Bunch of Sickos Greer,
MS and Felos and may no one ever have a neurologist like Cranford. They are disgust me. BTW I do not belong to any GROUP, I am not Catholic, but I do I know right from wrong. This was a tragic misuse of power.
Condemning the REAL family for using the tapes of her was the only way they could show she was NOT in a PVS. Now they say we dont see what we see. Why are two tapes still sealed?
It was a biased court from the time Greer sat his rump in that chair. Lordy, he must have no sense of Family, any decent Judge would have known that a "man" living with a paramour and kids with that woman needs to be removed as a guardian. Greer is a dismal souless failure of a judge.
But I bet he golfs well and spends lots of time with his "Death now buddies". Felos and Cranford, they are just flat out creatures with no morals. Speaking of Morals, MS has NONE, IMO. Terri was a sweet angel disabled victim of these horrible men and now the media is not still not done.
Well "Shame on THEM ALL".
hypokalemia brought on by an eating disorder
Oh, brother! This is so disgusting. They killed her and she wasn't even sick.
________________
I agree, even MS testified he was unaware of any eat disorder. He used that in a lawsuit that the Drs. settled out of court. Then gets the fat check after promising to honor his marriage vows, dumps Terri in a nursing home, then a hospice. Makes a ring for himself out of her wedding rings,(usually folks wait to do such things when a person is DEAD) he kills her little kitties. Tromps on all the things she loved. For years this hate campaign towards her parents, brother and sister. He claims "Terri would have wanted this".
Yeah right.. He had her murdered, put to death, a death we don't allow our own pets to die like that.
No current testing. I am appalled by this.
All Lies. I can't stand it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
It is a very EVIL thing to do to someone.
Me, too. End times alert. This is the same old B.S. coming from the dark side. CONSIDER THE SOURCE!!
It made me sick, the way he talked about Terri - like she wasn't a human being worthy of respect. He said that she didn't feel her death which is disputed by EYE WITNESSES who said she suffered greatly. THIS IS DISGUSTING!!!!!!!!!!!
God bless Terri's family and give them strength to withstand these assaults from the enemy of our souls.
Your post #9 THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!!
But many people don't believe Father Pavone.
I know. It appears that most people don't care about what happened to Terri. Amazing, isn't it? I'm glad we're on the side of life but I'm afraid we're in for more of this with persecution.
That people accuse Father Pavone of having an agenda while not believing the same of George Felos is beyond me.
Perhaps most of those who think that way, have the same agenda as Felos.
Father Pavone is one of my heros. I didn't like the way he was treated by Bill O'Reilly. But life goes on.
Interesting observation.
Dr. Quill is a professor of medicine, psychiatry, and medical humanities and the director of the Center for Palliative Care and Clinical Ethics at the University of Rochester Medical Center, Rochester, N.Y.
Ethics folks LOVE death. They'd kill us all if they could.
1991 Dr. Timothy Quill writes about "Diane" in the New England Journal of Medicine, describing his provision of lethal drugs to a leukemia patient who chose to die at home by her own hand rather than undergo therapy that offered a 25 percent chance of survival.

Ping to 37 if your interested in more about "Dr." Timothy Quill. I use quotation marks because I find little of his work to be really that which I expect of a doctor. Too Kevorkian for me.
The many doctors who said they too did not examine her, but sided with the family that she was not PVS were vehemently criticized. Where is the criticism now? Amazing!
