Initially released to members of the public in 1980's. Released after the sole remaining Majestic 12 member (of the original 12) died three months after his death. (Dr. Jerome Hunsaker). These photographs of various documents has raised much consernation. It is an under the radar issue, and the mainstream media won't touch it with a ten foot pole.
Over the last decade or two, supporting documents have surfaced. Providing the validity of all the initial Majestic Documents.
This web site is a collection of the US Government documents obtained under the Freedom of Information act and totally supports the Majestic 12 claim.
Whether your believe it or not, the knowledge that this is out "there" and "on-going" is a significant advantage to Free Republic participants.

The first-ever-known UFO crash retrieval case occurred in 1941 in Cape Girardeau, Missouri.Rush Limbaugh is from Cape Girardeau and was born in 1951.
Could Rush be an alien intelligence sent by benevolent beings, who want to rescue us from being plunged into the Dark Ages by envirowhackos?

...Even the most sensational conspiracy of modern times?the Kennedy assassination?is likely linked to the UFO cover-up and the military cabal, as several of the documents demonstrate...
I knew it, I always knew it was aliens who killed Kennedy!
Is Arlen Sphincter one of them?

The MSM "won't touch it with a ten-foot pole", but I'll bet Art Bell is all over it.
Utterly ridiculous, IMO. Anyone that may have had access to all these documents would have had to have had a BBR -- Burn Before Reading -- security clearance, and those are extremely hard to come by.

I will say the one thing that freaks me out a little about the Roswell story is that, one of the older tales from the "eyewitnesses" at Roswell, was they found metal that was like "tin foil" (insert joke here), however when you folded it up or crushed it; the metal would resume its shape with no creases and it couldn't really be scratched. Well in the last few years science has created Nano-tubulars, I believe they are called, and other nano-tech according to the reports it will created very thin sheets of metal like tin foil, which would keep its shape after use.

And the data gleaned from the UFO is the reason we developed cold Fusion in the early 1950s and went on to rule the world in peace and prospertity.

What I find most interesting about these claims is that no one seems to be saying that today, there are craft(s) that are crashing into our planet. Why is that?
50 years ago, apparently there were a lot of crashes, but now they have suddenly stopped?
50 years ago these "alien beings" were advanced enough, technologically speaking, to traverse the great distances between solar systems, but couldn't build a craft that wouldn't crash?
And now they can? Does it make sense to believe that the greatest technological achievement these aliens have made in the last 50 years is the ability to do what a commercial jet liner can do?
I suppose one might answer by saying, "Well, we just don't hear about the crashes today. 50 years from now, we'll probably hear about the ones today".
*shrug* Ok!
Still begs the question above: They (the aliens) can build some kind of spaceship that can travel between solar systems, possibly galaxies, but have trouble staying aloft in a planet's atmosphere?
(Note: This doesn't mean that when I get home, I won't be turning out all the lights, cracking open a beer and reading all these documents. hehe I DO love a good conspiracy theory :-) )
