We will be seeing more and more of this as the general population realizes what is going on with illegal aliens, our porous southern border and the apparent lack of interest in Washington in taking strong measures to fix the problem.

I got one of these "hiring centers" immediately downhill from where I live. It is incongrously located between Yuppie Hell and the Puget Sound. Pretty much all of the younger guys are hired in the morning, while those that remain just drink beer and smoke pot.
