Reminds me of when I bought Time because W was on the front cover. I perused through some of the other articles and it enraged me to no end.

I don't mind edge - for some reason I find her edge phony/manufactured. Can't explain why think so but I do. She advocated converting the Middle East to Christianity - sure I would love that, but it is not going to happen until Jesus returns. Ann is not stupid - she knows this won't happen so my conclusion was she said that to get a shock value and controversy and get her name in papers.

I find her very entertaining and provocative but I also believe she is considered a 'bomb thrower' by the middle (if there is a middle?). Laura, on the other hand, comes from a lawyer background and likes to engage the other side by drawing them in before she smacks them up side the head. I like that.


Beyond that, I'll try to say it again, there is a coming clash between Laura and the Wonkette in some arena at some time.

The "Rush" issue of TIME was published back in the olden days when the socialist "mainstream" press was relevant rather than merely an annoyance. That magazine would be laughed into oblivion today if they came out with a cover like that one.

One must stroll away from convention to understand Ann's message-within-a-message style. Ann is a giver. She is giving the left back everything they have been giving a getting away with since at least television became popular. The only extra she throws in is a smile.

Words have specific meanings and Ann refuse to tiptoe around the real meaning of her message with words that may not mean exactly what she is saying. Her style is very effective, too. That is evident by the writhing and howling from the left every time she appears.

Most unflattering picture of a beautiful woman, that I've seen in a long time. Her feet are as long as her legs, she has a shrunken head, no neck, no hands, no shoulders, and no body.

It's probably enough of a triumph for Ann to be on the TIME cover, and she'll have a good time making fun of the way she turned out looking, but I think it's a typical TIME hit piece on conservatives. No doubt in anyone's mind that the Right has a lock on beautiful females, even with this tacky TIME attempt to prove otherwise.
