LEXINGTON, Va. -- Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia disagrees with judges who believe the Constitution should be reinterpreted as society changes, saying that allows courts to bend the law to suit a political agenda.

Scalia, speaking to students and faculty on Friday at Washington and Lee University, also said increasing partisanship among judges was one reason why the Senate questions nominees about their personal views on issues such as abortion and confirms only candidates regarded as ''moderate."

Once again Scalia is the voice of reason. Terri Schivo would be alive today if it her constitutional rights would have been given. Not the wishes of a fink husband and a dumb ass judge. We need common sense judges now more than ever who know right from wrong. Scalia and Thomas are just those type.

Precisely WHY we need inist upon More supreme Court Justices
like Scalia ,and Thomas. Every time the Jacki obstruct and
delay, and deny any appointment because that Judge believes
in the concept of a Constitution that is to interpreted only
by the clear language used and the intent of the men who wrote it--a sopposed to the despotic dreams of the men /
women/ ? in black robes reading it today."We the People ought rise up and make certain our elected representative know when they act contrary to Reason -contrary to the greater good of all America they act in error and it ought cost them dearly.

Yes I can. It was called the Warren Court. And it was a disaster of epic proportions for the Republic.

I have news for you. The case went to the Supreme Court twice and the Schindler's couldn't get a hearing. In other words, they couldn't get four votes to consider the case.

The d-a- judge in Florida is a Republican as well. In all cases these jurists followed the law.
