Schindler supporters decry attorney's offer to analyze autopsy report to prove PVS
Supporters of the late Terri Schiavo charge the ex-wife of lawyer George Felos is attempting to capitalize on the case of the brain-injured woman who starved to death after a court ordered removal of her feeding tube.
Dunedin, Fla., attorney Constance d'Angelis was married to Felos, who represented Terri's husband Michael Schiavo.
When Terri Schiavo's condition was argued in court, d'Angelis presented a CT Scan and other medical records to assert Terri was in a "persistent vegetative state."
Now, d'Angelis claims she will be available to interpret the anticipated medical examiner's report.
According to a statement, "Upon the release of the autopsy report, [d'Angelis] can analyze the results and weigh in on the important matters of how -- by reason, not emotion -- the 'persistent vegetative state' diagnosis of Terri Schiavo was arrived at, and why."
But the Terri Schindler-Schiavo Foundation argues, "not only was d'Angelis co-counsel to George Felos during the guardianship proceedings on behalf of Michael Schiavo, she is not qualified to interpret or analyze a medical examiner's report. She is only licensed as an attorney and as a massage therapist."
D'Angelis is the former owner of lovinglawsuits.com and the author of "Pancha Karma -- A Life Changing Experience." She aided Felos in the 1998 petition to remove "artificial life support" from Terri Schiavo, although the law at that time did not provide for removal of a feeding tube under Terri's circumstances.
In February 2000, Pinellas County probate Judge George W. Greer ordered the tube removed. D'Angelis argued the decision was sustained throughout numerous appeals in both the state and federal courts.
The Schindler-Schiavo Foundation says, however, she "fails to make clear that no federal court has ever reviewed either Terri's case or the medical evidence presented to the lower court. Instead, they have declined jurisdiction."
The group concludes "d'Angelis is either attempting to capitalize on this tragic situation or preparing to support her former husband's contentions on a subject matter she is wholly unqualified to remark on."
"The former Mrs. Felos is not a doctor, a surgeon, a pathologist or even an orderly," said Pamela Hennessy, media coordinator for the foundation. "She is a massage therapist. Certainly, she can lend absolutely no analysis or insight into the results of the medical examiner's report. Rather, she can only recant what her former husband suggests as the truth to Terri's condition. Medical analysis is best left to medical practitioners and not lawyers."
Terri Schiavo died March 31, two weeks after her feeding tube was removed, ending more than a decade of bitter legal wrangling over her life between Michael Schiavo and Terri's parents, Robert and Mary Schindler, who insisted their daughter had a strong will to live.
OK, we now have confirmation that Felos ex-wife #2 is a new age weirdo; will we hear soon from ex-wife #1, the one he has a son with?
OK, I can buy her being licensed as an attorney ... hell, anyone can be an attorney (ie; Howard Dean, Bill Clinton, etc. etc. etc.) ... but a 'massage therapist' too? Now, that's impressive!

I believe either mary labyak, george felos (root word of felos='poisonous liquid'-that always gets to me) and michael shiavo, Mr. 666 hisself were posting to our thread just before and at the time of terri's death....we knew, by poster snapperjk over 20 some minutes before it was reported on the news. And prior posts by this crawling piece of human debris, especially the post that used the pic with the words 'Can't see the forest thru the trees', creeps me out, still.
So I know our threads have been monitored by at least one subhuman in this plot to euthanize Terri, so called legally, in front of our nation. We all had to watch the Schindlers suffer immense impotence and hurt.
I dispise the dirt, the subhuman animals that kept her in a hospice for almost FIVE YEARS while they tried to get the court to kill her, they, being only too willing to do just that.
Just thinking of the pathetic crew of human trash that surrounded Terri at the moment of her death is an astoundingly creepy and horrific and sad thought.

But what has me most upset now...is that michael shiavo NEVER allowed any investigators ACCESS to Terri.........according to Charles Labelle....Scoop 1, TheEmpireJournal.com, have this in writing somewhere...where he stated that how can any investigation be completed when the subject is not allowed to be seen.
Michael Shiavo ALLOWED no access to Terri...and he even REFUSED to allow any men access to her unless it was her father, brother or priest.

On Fox last night, one interviewee said that the report greer freed up is only SUMMARIES of the cases...that no NAMES, NO PEOPLE interviewed, only very sketchy summaries were given....then today, Dr Baden is out there saying all is well...every accusation was unfounded.
I RESENT THAT COVERING-UP so MUCH I do not have words..........
If FOX NEWS wanted to HONESTLY report on these investigations, it would GET AHOLD of Mr. LaBelle and REPORT THAT he ran into all kinds of obstacles....that michael the monster did not allow access to Terri, that then Sheriff RICE REFUSED to investigate TIMELY charges, that ALL KINDS of GREER slaves STOPPED various investigations..........ALL ALONG THE WAY!

SATURDAY Anouncement: I heard a blurb on Fox News that Tom Delay is "giving a major speech" tonight? I have no further details at this time. I was wondering if c-span would cover a Delay speech or if Fox News would. I guess I"ll find out tonight.
You know, when I was much younger, I read novels by John LeCarre, Len Deighton, all the spy novels. Also Agatha Christie, Earle Stanley Gardner, Daphne DuMarier, and Edgar Allen Poe, and others.
I would have thought I'd seen everything, until this came along. This real life murder is beyond anything the above writers could ever come up with.
I was on the thread when snapperjerk announced Terri's death before it came on the news. I wonder if he/she snickered over all the prayers and last ditch emails to save her? There have been other trolls on Terri threads going back to 2003.
It made me sick to know that Terri's last moments on earth were spent with her murderers, guarded by law enforcement. The people who truly loved and cared for her, had to wait outside. Who knows what went on there in the final moments? Felos stated that the body had been washed...why?
One thing I do know, is that Florida is a very corrupt and dangerous place to live. Every avenue to investigate Terri's true condition was blocked. Does that happen everywhere? If CPS wants to see your kid, you had better produce that child, or else. DCF in Florida can't investigate all those complaints filed on Terri's behalf??? The sheriff won't investigate??? A bloody probate judge can thumb his nose at Congress, the Governor, and the President of the United States????

There is so much evidence on FR, Terri's Fight, and Empire Journal, but does anyone have the investigations? Sean, Greta, and Dr. Baden need to read the incomplete investigations. All of them.
I didn't want to mention this before, but what about The Smoking Gun? If they can get their hands on MJ, and everyone else's court papers, maybe they can acquire some of these papers. They're cheesy, but hey, whatever works.
