Who gives a rats *** about what this man thinks. America should allways come first in deciding international decesions, not the opinion of some washed up former communist leader.

Paying any attention to His Irrelevancy (and any other of his ilk and kind) only postpones the day he would mercifully disappear into utter oblivion. I would even consider some self-censorship to that effect.

Riparian rights, an often ignored topic of law school property class.

I can see why the commie turned envirowacko chose this area of law to try and impose communism via a flank attack.

If Gorbachev is for something, then that officially certifies whatever he is supporting as 'gorbage'.

Dwindling water supplies

What about dwindling brain cells? Seems to me that this is more of a problem.

you know something's going on with water because billionaires are buying it up.

"He envisions a binding agreement that makes access to water and basic sanitation a human right, holds nations responsible for providing it, and governs how freshwater resources are managed and shared." This is great.

The UN has a proven track record of failure in everything they have tried to manage. Does anyone besides me remember the "Food For Oil" fiasco?
