The powers that be in San Francisco gave him a "villa" in the Presidio after they kicked our military out. They also gave him commercial space to run his global socialist foundation, Green Cross. If you read the Green Cross website documents you'll see they've been going to water managers all over the state and country to convince them to model their water policies after the global socialist agenda. One reason you do not see new water storage facilities in California is because Gorby is going around convincing our elected officials that CA can "conserve" its way out of water shortages. Communist doublespeak that.
One other thing, the Green Cross people had a document that has been removed, that told of their true agenda: 70 gals of water a day per family of 4. They say, that when you limit water like that, people won't have children anymore.
The sustainable developers and global socialists at the UN feel the same way. They would like to see the population of the earth reduced to 1 billion people. They don't care if the other 5 billion die of thirst or hunger. Just as long as they die before they have more children.
Gorby thinks, along with the rest of the world, that the US should make do with less so other countries have more water, and more everything. He didn't really become an American citizen, did he?
