Abortion clinics around the US are "bracing for attacks" after convicted murderer and Olympic bomber Eric Rudolph issued a "manifesto" justifying attacks against such clinics and their workers. Associated Press reports that federal officials from the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives are calling US clinics to make sure their security is up to date.
'When one of these extremists puts out a call to action, oftentimes others do try to follow in their footsteps,' said Vicki Saporta, head of the National Abortion Federation, which represents 400 US clinics. 'He clearly is speaking to the extremists who believe in justifiable homicide.'
Reuters reported Thursday that Mr. Rudolph pleaded guilty to the bombing of the 1996 Olympics in Atlanta, as well as to attacks on abortion clinics and a gay nightclub. Rudolph said "abortion, gay rights and the federal government" motivated him to attack the targets listed above.
AccessNorthGa.com reported that one of the people in the courtroom to see Rudolph's guilty plea was "Pendergrass Police Officer Richard Jewell, the man wrongly suspected in the Olympic Park bombing for a time."

It is constantly asserted by media that Rudolph hid in the Nantahala for the entire period the Feds couldn't find him. I got news for them, he walked into a beer joint (where I threw for the dart team) in Jonesborough, TN one afternoon (about five or six years ago) when trying to get away from a female who had latched onto him and he was rooming with; after two very quick beers and a call to a cab company, he left for the bus station and asked that we tell the woman when she showed up looking for him that he had taken a cab to the airport.
Yep, he is kinda like Osama Bin Ladden murdering 3,000 innocent Americans. But I still find his hiding for our years from the military, cia and feds hilarious, and proving what incompetant fools they are/were....Whoops probably shouldn't have said that.
Did you call the police or the FBI and tell them?
On the 1996 bombing at Atlanta's Centennial Olympic Park: [Eric Rudolph]
Even thought (sic) the conception and purpose of the so-called Olympic movement is to promote the values of global socialism, as perfectly expressed in the song 'Imagine' by John Lennon, which was the theme of the 1996 Games -- even though the purpose of the Olympics is to promote these despicable ideals, the purpose of the attack on July 27th was to confound, anger and embarrass the Washington government in the eyes of the world for its abominable sanctioning of abortion on demand."
The Knoxville FBI didn't believe me because they were so sure he was in the Nantahala Forest then. I wonder, now that we have Islamofacists working to kill as many Americans as they can, would there be a different attitude in K-ville over such a call?
Wow. That's some twisted reasoning! Wonder what the murder victim's family thinks about why he killed her.
Good point. One would hope for a more pro-active response with all these sleeper cells just waiting for the call to jihad, the bastards.
I might surprise you how many Israeli agents are in America trying to track these bastards, too. we had an incident with two of them in Erwin, TN not long ago. The entire story got buried for security reasons.
I welcome their help; their enemy is our enemy, etc. What happened to them? Were they misidentified? I never heard about this.
I have to leave my computer now, I will read your answer later; this is fascinating...
Thanks, see you later.
Among the items was a fully constructed 25-pound dynamite bomb filled with 20 pounds of screws as shrapnel found across the street from the National Guard Armory in Murphy, North Carolina. The armory was where federal investigators set up their command post to search for Rudolph after witnesses pointed them to the area following the January 1998 bombing of a Birmingham women's clinic.
I am not in law enforcement, so I don't know if it's fair for me to suggest that the failure to locate 25 lbs of dynamite across the street from a command post is incompetence, but it sure seems like that on first glance.
And both Kacyniski and Rudolph are two of a kind-pompous self righteous jackasses who could care less about human life. Both thinking they could use their Marxist"the ends justify the means"theories to kill and maim.
Maybe they can be cellmates in Colorado!
They are BOTH homicidal. The abortionists believe killing is OK INSIDE the womb and Rudolph and his ilk think its OK OUTSIDE the womb!
Actually Rudolph claims the Christian ID stuff was from him going to a church for 6 months that happened to have a girl he was chasing ... in the early 80's..
He claims he's a Catholic and hopes to 'die' as one.
Eric Rudolph's actions were simply a reaction to our nation's ills. I'm not justifying his actions, just pointing out that he was frustrated.
Our Creator will deal to us the medicine we deserve:
22And unless those days were shortened, no flesh would be saved; but for the elect's sake those days will be shortened.
Matthew 24:22 (New King James Version)
"Eric Rudolph's actions were simply a reaction to our nation's ills. I'm not justifying his actions, just pointing out that he was frustrated. "

This is the same rationale that the leftists use to justify the attacks by frustrated islamists on 9/11. Be careful whose rhetoric you choose. Think about it.
Many of us are frustrated but we must be emotionally mature enough not to slay innocent people; or we are no better than terrorists. Rudolph was certainly a terrorist; he saved no unborn babies; he simply murdered people he did not know, otherwise known as a serial killer.

There are basically three approaches on can take about another force acting on the first party:
(1) appease, conform to that of adversary
(2) confront, justify first party's position, work through struggle to prevail over adversary, while adversary tries to prevail over first party.
(3) national repentance
3Lo, children are an heritage of the LORD: and the fruit of the womb is his reward.
Psalm 127:3 (King James Version)
25"So you shall serve the LORD your God, and He will bless your bread and your water. And I will take sickness away from the midst of you. 26No one shall suffer miscarriage or be barren in your land; I will fulfill the number of your days.
27"I will send My fear before you, I will cause confusion among all the people to whom you come, and will make all your enemies turn their backs to you. 28And I will send hornets before you, which shall drive out the Hivite, the Canaanite, and the Hittite from before you. 29I will not drive them out from before you in one year, lest the land become desolate and the beasts of the field become too numerous for you. 30Little by little I will drive them out from before you, until you have increased, and you inherit the land. 31And I will set your bounds from the Red Sea to the sea, Philistia, and from the desert to the River.[b] For I will deliver the inhabitants of the land into your hand, and you shall drive them out before you. 32You shall make no covenant with them, nor with their gods. 33They shall not dwell in your land, lest they make you sin against Me. For if you serve their gods, it will surely be a snare to you."
Exodus 23 (King James Version)
10I found Israel like grapes in the wilderness; I saw your fathers as the firstripe in the fig tree at her first time: but they went to Baalpeor, and separated themselves unto that shame; and their abominations were according as they loved.
11As for Ephraim, their glory shall fly away like a bird, from the birth, and from the womb, and from the conception.
12Though they bring up their children, yet will I bereave them, that there shall not be a man left: yea, woe also to them when I depart from them!
13Ephraim, as I saw Tyrus, is planted in a pleasant place: but Ephraim shall bring forth his children to the murderer.
Hosea 9 (King James Version)
I only included the parts relevant to the point of "fruit of the womb". As far as I can determine, wanton destruction of unborn children (or children of any sort) is a definite no/no with God. There are several more points in Exodus 23 and Hosea 9 and where the United States is failing terribly, and I think the hand writing is on the wall as to what shall befall us-struggle, or stick our collective heads in the sand or whatever. The answer to the problem in not in killing our unborn children an importing "immigrants" to replace them.
14If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land.
2 Chronicles 7:14 (King James Version)
I don't think you understood my point, or perhaps you are evading it. We want abortion in this country to end. Killing off-duty policemen, nurses, receptionists, yes, even the doctors (God will deal with their judgment), setting off bombs, and killing a woman at the Olympics only engenders disgust in most people.
Again, using the leftist rationale of "frustration" to excuse terrorism is not what I consider a conservative value.
And please don't respond to me with Biblical chapter and verse. It does not clarify your position. I noticed you have just joined recently, perhaps you are not familiar with reasoned debate.
I meant no insult about the debate comment; its just hard to have a conservation about this issue when you are not dealing directly with the point I'm trying to make.
But let's not get into it further, we are having a difficult time getting our points across.
Have a blessed day.
