as Scoop 1 pointed out elsewhere, Greer only ordered the SUMMARIES of the DCF investigations released.

And IMO, If they aren't done with the CURRENT batch of abuse/neglect investigations, they will only be able to release the OLD SANITIZED "Nothing found here, everybody move along" summaries.
