Is moving an option? It sounds like the best/safest option for her. Maybe she has friends or family who can help her out until she finds a place. Judges tick me off. A girl I worked with had a mother who had a catering business. This meant late nights and a substantial amount of cash. She was robbed and raped. The judge would not grant her a concealed carry permit because he said she was too unstable now to use it safely. (Colorado, mid 1990's)
She really can't move because her family won't help her out(I won;t get into the reasons on a public forum) and she has few friends and very little cash.
That is just sickening!
In other words,victims of a crime, that might repeat itself should just sit back and let it happen again,nuts I tell you!
That's not justice that's injustice!
