The intensity of the responses lately (this is the second incident in the past month), suggests that there may be intelligence pointing to a aircraft source assault on a target.
It did seem as if they might be especially worried about something, with a running evac ordered. Fox just showed video of the jets screaming overhead while people run from the area.. It's gotta be nerve wracking for those in the city.
All in all, I'm glad they responded so well. At least they are better prepared now.
On fox they are all complainging about the process and
procedure, or lack their of. I have worked in the school
system way too alon. In the schools you have a plan for
each scenario practiced over and over. I can't believe the
capitol and white house after 9/11 do not have procedures
down pat.
