It did seem as if they might be especially worried about something, with a running evac ordered. Fox just showed video of the jets screaming overhead while people run from the area.. It's gotta be nerve wracking for those in the city.
All in all, I'm glad they responded so well. At least they are better prepared now.

I noticed that too.
My own words came back to haunt me. Had a great morning climbing and then the evac reports. I was thinking to myself, I'm not ready for this. Of course I have my kit in the car, but that report brought flashbacks of 9/11/01.
