Some UFO is, no doubt, looking for its missing anal probe. /sarc

I hope they clear this up pretty quickly.

No doubt the UFO mistook a Pontiac Aztek for one of it's enemies and tried to take it out.

Wow, pretty freaky. Wasn't there a similar story told on some show about a guy who got struck with a metal object? He miraculously survived, but it came through the windsheild and punctured his neck. Strange...my condolences to the families involved.

Bullet? Hubcap? Rolls-Royce jet engine?

Bullets? I-beam that fell off an overpass? (The latter just happened in Colorado less than a year ago.)

Something dropped from an overpass?

This type of thing happens off enough that I am beginning to think that windshields should be shatterproof and mounted in a reinforced frame.

Could be that a truck lost part of its load. Some poor sucker got a piece of rebar through his chest that way here in Dallas about a year ago - truck didn't have its load covered, the rebar piece came off the pile and went through the following car's windshield.

Yes, the driver died.

They tried that, long ago. It resulted in dead passengers - even if you are properly belted in, in some cars your head can hit the windshield in a crash.

Pre- or Post- air bag?

About a year ago in Dallas, there was a radio personality killed when a forklift fell off a truck on an overpass and hit the guy in his car below.

They just had two people shot on the 110 yesterday. Somone fired shots into their car.

Time to pull out my inventory of bulletproof screen for retrofitting of car windows.

Have you ever heard of a driver getting stung in the neck by a laser device or something of that kind?

No, time to move out of the LA area. Those freeways are torture enough even without the bullets.

Both, but post-airbag it was only experiments and not production vehicles.

You mean the cheap, aftermarket ones, right? Dang, those things fly off all the time. Those things should be banned. Not the real spinner wheels, just the plastic hub cap fake ones.
