She's Still 'Hanoi Jane'

The most famous – make that infamous – image of Jane Fonda from her years protesting the Vietnam War was a photograph taken during her wartime visit to North Vietnam in 1972. In the photo, Fonda is sitting on a North Vietnamese anti-aircraft gun clasping her hands, singing, a rapturous smile on her face, a North Vietnamese helmet on her head, surrounded by grinning North Vietnamese soldiers.

Fonda, out promoting her autobiography these days, now says she regrets that particular "betrayal," and that is her word. In an interview with Leslie Stahl on CBS's "60 Minutes," Fonda said: "I will go to my grave regretting that ... It was the largest lapse of judgment that I can even imagine

She should be writing a book from her jail cell with her partner John Kerry after both were sentenced to life for treason.

She even looks Vietnamese in that picture. She's probably saying 'Me love you long time, Commie. Five dolla'.

Yeah, she looks Asiatic, all right.

She's got that long lantern jaw that Henry Fonda had. On him it was tolerable. But not on her.

She still is a traitress.

If I remember right, Ms.Fallaci opposed the war in Viet Nam, and didn't have much to say about it, or us, that was particularly favorable.

Sand creek was a mob and not really US troops.

While the Seventh Cavalry was responsible for the killings at Wounded Knee, Sand Creek was done by the 3rd Colorado volunteers under Col. John Chivington, and was not under U.S Army command at the time.

Bison were killed by the military, civilians and Indians, who in some cases, killed bison solely to get tongues and hides to sell to the whites, leaving the meat to rot.

"I hope your not insinuating me into this MoveOn Freeper crowd.

Though please name a SINGLE Senator that supports any move to ditch the communist Kerry from their foul midst."

Not at all Brother!

After all we fought in Operation Bold Mariner in Feb 69

In fact you were the 1st FReeper who told me in June 2001

"Welcome Home Brother"

No the "Move On FReepers" are easy to spot.

They never say anything negative about Hanoi Kerry
since Nov 2

And you rarely ever see them on a support the military thread

OR defend the military thread

OR on a FReep supporting the military thread

OR on a thread like this, Hanoi Jane

See a pattern? Hence my warning on my tagline.

PS Some "Move On" FReepers have even been "bold" enough
to attack Viet Nam Vets on FR and YET still say nothing against Hanoi Kerry since Nov 2.

Little do they know Viet Nam Vets see them for what they really are.

Can you say with any certainty that she isn't born again? God has lifted up others from much lower depths.

II. ...False Professions.

A. Note: Matthew 7:20-23

1. You will know them by their fruits.

2. This is important: Jesus did not say that you would know them by their works!

3. Fruit is what develops from a persons character.

4. These folks had done many wonderful works in the name of Jesus, but they were not born-again!

B. Note: Titus 1:10-16

1. Paul is writing to Titus concerning the local church.

2. He said that are "many unruly and vain talkers and deceivers" Where? in the church!

3. They profess and deny.

a. profess with their mouths that they know God.

b. but in works they deny Him.

III. Evidence of a Genuine Salvation.

A. A Changed Life.

1. "Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold all things are become new." 2 Co. 5:17

2. "Who hath delivered us from the power of darkness, and hath translated us into the kingdom of his dear Son." Colossians 1:13

3. "But if we walk in the light, as He is in the light, we have fellowship one with another, and the blood of Jesus Christ his Son cleanseth from all sin." 1 John 1:7

4. When a person gets saved, then their life ought to show it!

With a tip of the hat to the fine folks at www.brandonweb.com.

As for Jane Fonda? Only God knows for sure the state of her soul, however her new book which wallows in her past sexual immorality suggests that her focus is misguided, perhaps for the purpose of making a buck.

My .02, your mileage may vary.

Thanks TGYC. I’m glad. And proud and flattered that you should so remember and regard me.

And though I certainly support your campaign against Hanoi John, I’ve go to ask once more - though painfully, as I wish it were otherwise - Is there a single Senator in that "august" body that would ditch Kerry, treasonous as he was and is?

I'm sorry to say I think we both know the answer.

Everything Good....

You'd think with a GOP controlled US Senate
at least one who stand up for the law of the land.

Wonder what Hanoi Kerry spent on Christmas "gifts"
for the GOP in Dec 2004?

Such that she can commune with the dead?

As a Vietnam Veteran if she sought solace from me, I'd give it to her. But her peace is not with me. She needs to seek it from those thousands on The Wall.

And then from God.

Well, who are these "Republicans" and thus presumably, at least, good Americans? I don't see them on this issue.

During a 1972 trip to North Vietnam, Jane Fonda propagandized on behalf of the North Vietnamese government, declared that American POWs were being treated humanely and condemned U.S. soldiers as "war criminals" and later denounced them as liars for claiming they had been tortured

And she remains unrepentant for that.
So, big deal - she regrets posing for the picture on the gun with the grinning NVA.

Commie traitor bitch, now in her fourth decade of disgracing America.

I don't usually wish harm on anyone but the most loathsome scum in this world. Hanoi Jane is on the cusp and leaning toward most-favored status though.

On second thought - I do wish she would just die a horrible, painful death for the harm she's done to our Nation and especially our servicemembers.

Die bitch - die!

If she's coming to Dallas to sign books, I just very well may arrive with fellow Freepers/Protest Warriors to protest. My father, a graduate of West Point, served in Vietnam, alongside his best friend and fellow graduate who lost his life saving a wounded man. I was named after the latter. I'm not fond of Fonda.
