Mailing a letter to the White House supporting President Bush's death at the hands of terrorists is not illegal, a federal appeals court ruled Friday.
The decision overturns the conviction and 18-month sentence given last year to an Oregon inmate who sent a rambling, poorly written letter to the president. It read, in part, "You will die too George W Bush real Soon they Promised That you would Long Live Bin Laden."

Neither is killing the innocent and helpless anymore. "It's the end of the world as we know it, and I feel fine..." Hitler still lives, I guess. His hydra has just grown back many more heads.

The same letter to Lord High Chief Justice Greer would land one in the slammer for life. I have no doubt that's true.

Actually, Judge Greer would order that the inmate be denied nourishment until this natural and peaceful demise. You got a point there...

Now if this had been sent to Clinton, you could throw away the key on this guy. But since it is a conservative nothing is out of bounds. As we found out, saying "you suck" to Bill Clinton is enough to get one arrested. Can you imagine if this had been sent to this judge? Wow, they would have had the FBI on it and armed guards would have been following this judge. Utterly ridiculous, but that speaks of a lot of the judges we have today.

What's the big deal? Democrats say this all the time. I'm still waiting for that lunatic Alec "The Bloviator" Baldwin to be brought up on charges for his explicit threats against former House Judiciary Committee Chairman Henry Hyde.

Would appear that letter supports the enemies of America and the death of the President.
Isn't that treason?

Anti-sedition laws come and go in this country.
Providing aid and comfort to the enemies of America is constitutionally defined as a crime.

He would just order his baliff to shoot you in the spine and drag your body to main street at high noon as a warning to other uppity serfs to never question the kings authority. Either that or sentence you to two weeks of "euphoria".
