Those look like museum displys to me.

I was thinking the same thing. The manicured grass under the missiles and lack of support equipment tells me this is not a hot missile site.

Dittos, looks like they couldn't get them up if they had to.

Yes our Satellites would see that in a heartbeat. They've probably been there for years. Besides that pipe can be fashioned to look like a missile. Counter intel at work there. Much like the Serbians drawing outlines of tanks on the ground for our stealth bombers to bomb from 15k feet.

That kind of what I was thinking, too. The lawn is manicured nicely for a weapons area and the buildings behind don't look like weapons igloos.

The big one looks like a Soviet SS-4, which was the missile involved in the Cuban Missile Crisis of the early 60s. So a museum display seems to be the most likely explaination. A working SS-4 would seem unlikely.

The transporter is a good match as well.

Yeah, really! And as if they're gonna launch a single SCUD at the U.S. Pretty laughable.

It is nice to see the Utopia that Elian Gonzalez had to go back to however!

My thought exactly. It's a museum.

absolutely, even castro wouldn't let operational equipment just sit around outside exposed to salt air and the elements 24/7/365... they are on some sort of display
