Your post was short but appreciated. Please give us a bit more. My son is over in theater with you and he pretty much confirms to me what you said.
I hope that you will post again. Keep up the good work and thank you.
Thank you for your report, and thank you for your service to our country. May the angels keep you safe.
Great report - keep me on your ping list - I think of all of you everyday, and look forward to the day you'll all be home.
The man who related this to me is an historian working for DA. It was realized that depending on unit histories was chancy, so every few months an historian heads over to record and document. He hope to limit his trips to about one a year, although hes been going every few months. With a very pleasant and attractive wife at home Id want to limit the trip too, but he seems to really enjoy the trips. I think his efforts to limit the trips is more to maintain harmony at home than anything else.
When he goes over he carries a set of orders authorizing him to go anywhere, hitch a ride on any available transportation, subsist with any unit and talk with anyone.
Its a job Id love to have.

Thanks for the article! It's great to hear a first hand account of the state of things. The news is a joke anymore. Funny that the folks back home are the ones waiting for the mail!
God Bless you. You and all the troops are in my prayers. There were 5 people in the National Guard from my hometown who went to Iraq and all of them have returned home safely. One had to go back to Germany for a while, but will be back sometime in August of this year.
Regarding MJ - I'm just waiting to see his nose fall off sometime before the trial is over. LOL!!
Take care, do your job the way you're supposed to, and come home safely.
Bumpity bump!
Thank you!
